The Geomineral Museum, located in the neighbourhood of Chamberí in a building built in 1927, works to preserve, research and disseminate our rich and diverse geological, palaeontological and mineral heritage with its important collections of minerals, rocks and fossils from all regions of Spain and its former colonies, as well as from sites around the world.
