The regeneration of the natural environment and recovery of traditional Mediterranean garden spaces make this park in the vicinity of Doce de Octubre (Usera) one of the city's most interesting architectural projects from the late 1990s. Orchards, olive groves and the natural course of the river are the backdrop against which Caja Mágica, the high-performance tennis centre designed by Dominique Perrault, is set.
