Quinta de Torre Arias is a 17-hectare estate with wonderful gardens located in the San Blas-Canillejas district. It belonged to members of Madrid’s aristocracy from 1600 until the signature by its last owner, Tatiana Pérez de Guzmán el Bueno, and her husband, of an agreement to donate it to Madrid City Council. Upon her death, in 2013, the entire estate became municipal property.
