Carnival winds to a close with the traditional Burial of the Sardine, when a fun funeral procession makes its way along the bank of the Manzanares River to bury the ill-fated fish at Los Pajaritos Fountain in Casa de Campo Park. Giants and Big Heads also parade through the streets with the brotherhood.
