Founded in 1921, the history of this renowned cocktail bar in Madrid started with Chicote, its head barman. Taking inspiration from the decor of English pubs, Chicote and its first owner, Emilio Saracho, decorated this Madrid bar with pieces from London. Serving old favourites and brand-new creations, in addition to a selection of vodka, whisky, liqueur, gin, rum, brandy, and more.
