Low-angle shot of the building of the Regional Archive of the Community of Madrid
This archive, located in the neighbourhood of Arganzuela, contains the documents created by the Government and Administration of the Community of Madrid, as well the institutions that preceded it. They are held in the intermediate and historical archive stages. The archive is housed in the old El Águila brewery, which is now a complex that also contains the Joaquín Leguina Regional Library of Madrid. Built in the Neo-Mudéjar style, which is distinguished by the use of brick and decorative tiles and can still be appreciated in what is now the Legal Deposit building, it is a prime example of industrial architecture from the first quarter of the 20th century.
